We will be upgrading the Porta Billing Servers in the NAPS of Americas, Miami to release 19.

This upgrade will start on October 25th, 2009 at 0000 EST US (-5 GMT). 

The upgrade is expected to last 8 hours. Select portions of your services will be down at different phases of this upgrade.

This upgrade will allow adaptive routing at your customer account level. You will be able to offer economy and premier routes to the same customer. This upgrade will allow other new features such as pre- authorization of funds before a call is made to ensure your customers do not overdraft their balances.  Pre-billing of subscription plans are now possible.
