Procedures to setup Calling Card Account on Globalink-Worldkom Porta Billing Private Label VoIP Service using Cisco IVR
Login as reseller and access the sub customer screen.
Click to add an account.
To create a calling card, create a Debit Account with a "cc" prefix, any number of digits in the Account ID, and 4 digits in the VoIP password. The calling card number is the concatenation of these two values, for example: Account ID: cc123456 VoIP Pass: 7597 (must be unique digits) That means calling card number is 1234567597
Please ensure that a DID (Local Calling Card Access Number) that supports DTMF or dial tone can be delivered to an account number or can be a virtual number for callshop applications.
Once it is delivered successfully (can ring on a SIP device), enable Follow-Me , Always to special number: eg #10#1 if you are on sip6
The special number must be added to both your Reseller and Customer Tariffs.
You should then be able to just dial the Access Number and make calls.
*15 - to register a number (for pinless dialing)
All inputs need to be followed by #
Please enter *15 followed by # when prompted by CISCO IVR to associate the ANI delivered by your DID provider with the calling card.
Your provider will need to pass ani in the preferred e.164 format.
*16 - to unregister a number
*19 - to remove all registered numbers from the account
Payment using Voucher - you should enter the *33 code when IVR prompts for destination number. Then enter a voucher number. Please note that the voucher number has to be 7 digits.
